Wolverine felt mask with FREE template

Last week I mentioned I was filling an order for some Avengers masks.
I was also asked to make some Wolverine and Spiderman masks.
I've seen a few different templates, but I decided to come up with my own version, and this is what I came up with.
(I will post the Spiderman mask and template soon).
(I ended up running out of the thinner elastic I used in the previous masks, and had to use a thicker one, pictured above, but I feel like the thinner elastic works better with the super hero masks).
My son had A LOT of opinions on this mask, he sure knows his superheroes :)
This mask can be made by sewing it, or you can do a no-sew version using a hot glue gun.

The free template can be downloaded by clicking here.
(This is my first time uploading a template, so please let me know if it's not working!)
black felt
yellow felt
sewing machine or hot glue gun
First, cut out the template and place it on the felt to cut out the shapes.
I used 2 yellow masks pieces, and 1 black piece for each side.
Pin everything together, matching up the eye holes and sides.
Make sure to put the elastic between the 2 yellow pieces BEFORE you sew.
Trust me from experience here :)
I just used clear thread around the whole mask so I didn't have to change colors.
Sew around the eye holes, outside, and black part on the inside of the mask, and you're done!

Update: You can check out the Spiderman mask with free template here.
You can also check out a Batman or Catwoman mask with free template here.
Superman and WonderWoman here.
