Emergency preparedness.
It sounds so daunting to me.
Like I know I need to do it, but I never know where to start.
It seems very overwhelming, but it's something that's constantly on the back of my mind.
You never know when an emergency is going to strike so it's important to be prepared.
That's one of the reasons I was excited for this to arrive, this is an on-the-go First Aid Kit by TripWorthy.
This First Aid kit has an ideal combination of medical supplies and survival items, and it's compact size makes it perfect to have in your car, on a boat, or with your camping gear.
And it fits 100 items inside!
Let's take a look and see what's included...

Like I said, 100 items, in a durable case, and only weighing in at 1 pound?!
WIN!
This is definitely going in my car!
So let's see exactly what comes in the kit:

Abdominal bandage (1 pc.)
Extra large adhesive bandage (4 pc.)
Fingertip adhesive bandage (3 pc.)
Standard adhesive bandage (25 pc.)
Sanitary Prep Pads(10 pc.)
Antibacterial ointment (4 pc.)
Antiseptic cleansing wipes (10 pc.)
Butterfly closure strips (6 pc.)
Sterile gauze pads (3 pc.)
Single-use cold compress (1 pc.)
Cotton swabs (10 pc.)
CPR face mask (1 pc.)
Elastic bandage (1 pc.)
Emergency blanket (1 pc.)
First aid tape (1 pc.)
Glow stick (1 pc.)
Metal tweezers (1 pc.)
Moleskin blister relief pad (1 pc.)
Disposable poncho (1 pc.)
Sterile razor blade (1 pc.)
Safety pin (4 pc.)
Sting relief pads (4 pc.)
Triangular bandage (2 pc.)
Vinyl disposable gloves (1 pc.)

This is what it looks like when you first open the bag.
There are items on both sides, and everything has a place so when you open it it doesn't just all fall out everywhere.
On this side we've got bandages, gauze, a whistle, scissors, cotton swabs, a sterile razor, ointments, a compass, pins, a needle and thread, sting/burn  relief pads etc.
On the other side there's an ice pack, a poncho, a glow stick, tweezers, a CPR mask (I didn't even know what that was until I saw it), rubber gloves, medical tape, etc.
I LOVE this kit.
I feel like there are so many items I would have never even thought to include that come in this!
Head over to Amazon to pick this up for yourself to kick-start your emergency preparedness and put your mind at ease :)

  1. First aid kit is necessary not only at home, but office as well, and more important while you are traveling and more specifically when traveling with kids. This kit looks worth to have.
