WEDGNETiX Magnetic Building Blocks Review

*I received the following product for free in exchange for an honest review here on my blog.
All opinions are 100% my own and honest. I DO NOT receive any financial compensation if you click on the links provided and purchase the product.

I have a review for you today folks.
It's no secret that I love educational games/toys for my kids, and these building blocks are awesome.
This is the WEDGNETix Magnetic Building Blocks set from ImagAbility Inc.
This kit comes with 16 hard plastic building pieces; 4 green, 4 yellow, 4 blue, and 4 red each color a different size, and made of a hard plastic, as well as an 'idea book'.
It's not an instruction manual, but it gives a couple of 2D and 3D suggestions for kids to help them get started.
The kit is really designed to encourage children to have a creative learning opportunity by using their own imagination to see how the pieces can connect and rotate around, letting them build whatever they want.
(There is also a 32-piece kit available).
This is what you receive in this kit.
My oldest dove right in and starting putting pieces together.
With just a small magnet on both ends of each piece it lets kids connect them and rotate the pieces to create different angles.
My toddler even started grabbing pieces and sticking them together.
Here are a few shapes so you can get an idea of what can be created.
These aren't the only awesome product this company makes, you can also find traditional WEDGiT sets, WEDGiTS on Wheels, Mini WEDGiTS, and more. Head over to their official website http://www.wedgits.com/ to see their full product line.
You can also find these awesome magnetic building blocks and many more great toys from this company at your local Target, or shop at Target online. You can click here to go directly to the link on Target's website.
Happy learning!

  2. Great find! Magnets always make me so nervous with really little ones - did these seem safe for your toddler to play with and not have to worry about swallowing the magnet?

    1. Very safe! The magnet part is built into the building block with a small piece exposed at the end to connect it to the other pieces. They seem very well built, and I don't have any concerns about the pieces ever coming apart. Hope that helps!!
