Creamy Sun-dried Tomato and Chicken Pasta

So the blog has been quiet for a while, we had an awesome vacation with my husband's family, and it was nice to unplug and just enjoy spending time together.
I haven't done a recipe post in a while, so when I came up with this yummy-ness a couple of weeks ago I just had to share it with all of you!
The orginal recipe I found is just the chicken with the sauce, but I decided to change up how it's made and add the noodles.
I LOVE how this dish turned out.
It's so good :)

Ingredients
(Makes 4 servings)
2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite sized pieces
1 Tbsp butter
1 large garlic clove, minced
1 c. chicken broth
2 tsp. all purpose flour
1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
1/4 c. sun-dried tomatoes, roughly chopped (I buy the packaged ones without the oil)
1 1/2 tsp. basil
Salt
Pepper
1 lb. box noodles (I've used penne, bow tie, etc)

Directions
1. In a large pot, bring water to boil and pour in noodles. Cook according to directions on the box.
2. While the noodles are cooking, season chicken lightly with salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic salt. Cook chicken in a skillet with a small amount of oil over medium heat until it's no longer pink.
3. Take chicken out of the skillet and set aside. Add butter and minced garlic and saute for about 30 seconds. Add flour and mix into the butter and garlic well. Let it cook for about 20 seconds, it will start to bubble up.
Add chicken broth and turn the heat up to medium-high. Bring chicken broth to a slight boil. Stir in sun-dried tomatoes and boil for 1 minute.
4. Reduce heat to medium low and add heavy cream, basil, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 2 more minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Add chicken and sauce to the cooked noodles and stir it all together.
6. Enjoy!!
