All opinions are 100% my own and honest.

Well Christmas is just over 3 weeks away!
This really is my favorite time of the year. I LOVE planning and finding gifts, especially for my kids.
One of my favorite things is finding something educational, fun, and can be used in different ways.
So today, I am happy to share this review with you, this game fits in all of those categories, and I'll explain why.

The game contains 4 playing boards, 36 animal cards, and an electronic button.
The boards and animal cards are all made of a pretty thick, sturdy cardboard making me think they will stand up to some play :)

On one side of the playing boards we have the pictures of the animals with the names below them,
and on the other side it only has the animal names listed.
Here are the animal cards and button I mentioned before.
The typical way to play is to pick out a board and press the button. It will make an animal sound, and you grab an animal card to cover that square. Once you get three in a row, you win.
My only negative comment with this game is regarding the animal sounds. I have to admit it actually took us a few tries to decipher between the zebra and hyena, and still every once in a while I get them mixed up. It's a little confusing.
I do like that my toddler listens intently and can recognize the animal noises, he gets really excited and thinks it's funny when it makes an animal sound we've already covered up.
Like I mentioned before, I like games that can be played different ways.
With this game you can play matching the animal pictures, matching pictures to words, or matching words to words.
One day we even got a little creative by flipping the animal pictures over and we played a game where I asked my son to find an animal and I would tell him what letter it started with to give him a hint.
That was really good for his letter recognition.
We also flipped the animals over and played a game of memory.
I love watching my little guy play and learn and this is one we'll be using for a while!
